STL Cave strives to provide high-quality services and products. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds, cancellations, and service changes.

Custom Projects

Due to the custom nature of services such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and prototype development, all approved and completed projects are non-refundable once production has started.

If a project has not yet entered production, cancellation requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Workspace Rentals

  • Workspace rentals are daily-use bookings with a one-time fee.
  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled booking may be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Products Purchased from the Shop

  • If STL Cave sells physical products through the shop:
  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition.
  • Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
