Customers submitting files for quotes, 3D printing, CNC machining, or prototype development must follow the guidelines below.

Ownership of Files

By uploading a file to STL Cave, you confirm that you own the design or have permission to use it. STL Cave is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted files.

Prohibited Designs

  • STL Cave will not accept files that include:
  • Illegal or restricted items
  • Weapons or weapon components where prohibited by law
  • Copyrighted designs submitted without permission
  • Offensive, harmful, or unsafe designs

STL Cave reserves the right to refuse any project at our discretion.

File Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are accurate and ready for production. STL Cave is not responsible for errors in design files provided by the customer.

File Storage

Uploaded files may be temporarily stored for the purpose of reviewing quotes, producing projects, or communicating with customers. Files are handled with reasonable care and confidentiality.

Liability

STL Cave is not responsible for damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use of customer-submitted files.
